Epergne Solutions is looking for an APAC Recruiter to join our team remotely.
This is an individual contributor role focused on recruiting IT talent for Singapore.
You should have 2-6 years of sourcing and recruiting experience, with strong knowledge of Google X-ray searches and sourcing from unpaid LinkedIn accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles in Singapore.
- Conduct Google X-ray searches and source candidates via unpaid LinkedIn accounts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in Singapore IT roles.
- Expertise in Google X-ray searches and sourcing from unpaid LinkedIn accounts.
- Must be an immediate joiner with access to a personal laptop and high-speed WiFi (minimum 100 Mbps).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting for APAC region preferred.
