APAC Sales Vice President (B2B/B2C)
Salary: $10k - $15k + Bonus
Working Days: Mon – Fri (10am – 7pm)
Working Location: Downtown
Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience in consumer sales
(B2B/B2C), with a strong record of driving revenue growth, market share gains, and brand engagement across multiple markets.
Proven ability to build and manage large sales teams, execute multi-channel sales strategies, and deliver results in competitive, fast-paced industries.
Experience in e-commerce, retail distribution, and customer acquisition through both digital and traditional sales channels.
Require to travel regionally (once per one or two months)
Responsibilities
Develop & Execute B2B/B2C Sales Strategy
– Create and implement robust, customer‐centric sales strategies that drive brand penetration, category growth, and revenue expansion across all consumer touchpoints, including online and offline channels.
Lead & Grow High‐Performing Teams
– Build, coach, and inspire regional sales teams to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets while fostering a performance‐driven, collaborative culture.
Market Expansion & Channel Development
– Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, consumer segments, and sales channels—ensuring optimal brand visibility and accessibility to end consumers.
Data‐Driven Sales Execution
– Leverage consumer insights, market intelligence, and performance analytics to refine sales tactics, enhance conversion, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Omnichannel Sales Integration
– Ensure cohesive execution across direct‐to‐consumer platforms, retail distribution partners, and experiential activations to create a seamless customer journey.
Forecasting & Performance Management
– Oversee sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting, ensuring data‐driven decision‐making and operational excellence in all consumer sales activities.
Brand Advocacy Through Sales Excellence
– Partner with marketing to deliver compelling sales narratives, drive consumer trust, and reinforce as the preferred choice in the market.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
– Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent with strong consumer market acumen, ensuring agility in meeting evolving consumer expectations.
