Main Responsibilities:
· Managing APAC regional security command center (RSCC) in Singapore, problem resolution, service enhancement, operational effectiveness, audit compliance, staffing, scheduling, and training.
· Lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations of client's APAC Remote Systems Command Centre
· Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluates service qualities and initiates any necessary corrective actions in a timely manner.
· Assist in developing and improving on their SOP and streamlining the processes.
Oversees and participates in the recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of high caliber staff to ensure all positions are properly staffed; act to ensure each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
· Meets regularly with BluOcean Account Director for account reviews, addresses any actual or potential problems; supports planning, assessments, and surveys; coordinates review and update of post orders.
· Responsible for training to RSCC new hires and motivate staff to continually learning, regularly review staff performance metrics.
· Actively participate in any security system related projects, point of contact for security system project coordination in the APAC region.
Ensure vendors follow client's guidelines in project handling and configuration.
· Consistently maintains the documentation and follows standardized procedures to successfully complete audits.
· Actively participate in any security system related matters pertaining to the client's requirement.
· Perform system or server administration involving access control and video surveillance systems.
· Create security systems user accounts, provide user training for clients in APAC region, provide technical support to clients.
· Support client's facility team for all scheduled maintenance for security equipment system are planned and carried out timely.

· Ensure all Security Systems are closely monitored, and all critical issues are escalated per SOP and resolved in a timely manner.
· Assist the team by providing security system information in conducting investigations as requested by client.
· Support client's Global Security Group (GSG) for all matters related to security systems in APAC region, ensure security incidents or significant events are reported to the relevant stakeholders in accordance with escalation timeline.
· Communicate with other regional command centers to ensure APAC RSCC is up to date with new processes and common processes are well aligned.
· Performs additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary in order to achieve assigned business objectives.
