About the TeamOur TikTok Global Functions Talent Acquisition team supports critical hiring for Global Legal, Global Public Policy, TikTok Operations & PMO, Global Brand & Communications and Global CSR across over 10+ countries in APAC.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands.
You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels,
- Conduct screening calls for high quality talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners,
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency,
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates.
Minimum Qualification
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualification
- 5 years of recruitment experience, either in a search firm, agency or in-house.
