The Opportunity
As the Solution Partner Strategy and Operations Manager focused on APAC & Japan, your role is to support the Solution Partner leadership in driving Partner Created Pipeline and Bookings for the Adobe DX business.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant experience and success in optimizing sales processes and programs, as well as delivering highly effective, and efficient sales engines.
This will include everything from executing Go-To-Market strategies and programs, driving strategic business reviews through to assisting in the management of day-to-day operations.
Based in Singapore, you will report directly to the Senior Manager for Global Solution Partner Strategy and Ops, and partner closely with the broader Solution Partner Programs & Sales Operations Teams located across the globe, to make a big impact quickly!
What You'll Do
Serve as the business partner for the APAC & Japan Partner business by leading and operationalising the GTM strategy supporting the Sr. Director for Solution Partners, leaders, and team.
Support partner leaders in maximizing partner impact on pipeline and bookings – proactively provide insights on key levers such as resource & partner productivity, incentives, investments, people enablement, and GTM model.
Conduct analysis and develop/drive action plans to remediate existing gaps and exploit new opportunities for growth.
Drive the APAC & Japan Partner business, weekly reviews (RTBs) & quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and input and support the WW Partner QBRs.
Support excellence in seller performance by continually assessing effectiveness of sales team against quotas.
Oversee attribution case management for partners’ APAC & Japan deals.
Assess current business practices and operational workflows and identify/implement innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Own the execution and adoption of business requirements for CRM and reporting enhancements pertinent to the partner business as required
