Job Description
3+ years of Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagrams (FBD)
experience with PLC brands such as Idec, Siemens, Phoenix Contact, Bosch
Knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI configuration, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
Familiarity with control systems and integration with various devices like sensors, drives, and actuator
Experience with electrical and control system troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Basic knowledge in SLD and wiring diagram of electric panel
Need basic experience in 2d Autocad for Electric panel design.
Deep level knowledge in working of sensor, servo motor, stepper motor and respective drive.
Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automation and control systems.
Should have familiar with input and output type with PLC
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics components like resister, capacitor, inductor, relay, Mosfet, Trasistor etc
Should have done basic level of soldering work.
Provide support for commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting for various control and automation projects.
Design electrical & control panel layout, control schematic drawings and Bill of Material.
Perform multidiscipline and vendor co-ordination for new equipment installation.
Review vendor & engineering documents as per project requirement.
Provide support for PLC and HMI programming.
Requirements
Degree / diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Automation etc.
Min 3 + years of experience in relevant field
Good to have an exposure of leading a small team of 4-5 resources
Strong skills and experience with PLC Programming in
TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, PC Worx, Ctrlx Automation
Good knowledge of industrial fieldbus protocols:
EthernetIP , EtherCAT , ModbusTCP , OPC_UA , MQTT .
IEC61131-3 programming
Programming skills using Structured Text language.
Experience with Idec, Siemens, Phoenix Contact, Bosch will be an advantage.
Working experience with IOT/IIOT and networking is advantageous
Basic understanding about IO/OT systems is advantageous
Well-developed problem-solving competence, as well as customer and team orientation
Willingness to pursue continuous further training
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Excellent communication and presentation skills to align tasks with other engineering team
Willingness to travel and accept temporary assignments abroad
Good Interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong and motivated team player
