Job Descriptions :
- Assist Sales Engineer in determining the feasibility of automation project.
- Producing User Requirement and specification when needed.
- Determine Operational Feasibility of Automation System.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional Automation System.
- Develop software verification, commissioning plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Integrate, interface software application with hardware.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Deploy software application and evaluate customer's feedback.
- Comply with project plan and industry standards.
- Provide customer with support on the application issues, bugs and feature updates.
- Conduct investigation on customer's complaint, analyse and prepare actions to rectify issues.
- Liaise with mechanical designer and electrical designer for integration with application.
- Reviews and provide updates of software progress.
- Provide solutions to customer's problems.
Administrative/Documentation/Other duties related to the automation project.
Qualification :
Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical (Minimum)
