Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective?

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.
We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test.
This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your missions
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for in-house Global eCommerce client-facing trading systems during Asian hours.
Support traders, marketers, middle/back office teams, client services, and external clients in Asia.
Manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents end-to-end, including communication with internal stakeholders and post-mortems.
Monitor and maintain system health and performance.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with upstream and downstream system support teams.
Develop, maintain, and support disaster recovery plans (bi-annual exercises).
Improve monitoring and alerting tools to enhance proactive incident prevention.
Document support procedures and ensure follow-the-sun handovers are comprehensive and effective.
Train regional support teams and provide end-user guidance on applications.
Ensure adherence to Audit, Compliance, and Risk guidelines.
Contribute to continuous service level improvements, including automation and self-recovery solutions.
Your profile
Strong business knowledge of Rates, FX, and Credit products (fixed income experience is a plus).
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Familiar with ITIL concepts (incidents vs.
problem management).
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Resilient, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, or remotely.
Creative, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
First-class degree from a top university or engineering school, with a strong scientific background (mathematics and/or IT).
5 to 15 years of relevant experience in Application Production Support or related IT fields.
