Job Title: Application Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Incident Resolution and Analysis
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Investigate and Identify Root Causes of App Issues by Analyzing Business Requirements, Examining Logs, Source Codes, and Data Queries.
- Implement Solutions and Workarounds: Patching, Educating Users on Workarounds, Configuration Adjustments.
- Collaborate with Development Teams for Resolution if Required.
- Evaluate Application Performance and Availability.
- Perform Regular System Audits and Reviews.
