About the Client
Our client is a leading bank in Asia with a global presence across 19 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality production support service to business stakeholders.
- Ensure availability, incident, problem, and capacity management for applications in scope.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents, problems, and user queries.
- Manage communication for major incidents, SLA breaches, and logistics issues , ensuring timely updates to management and stakeholders.
- Drive technical remediation aligned with agreed non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation for service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with essential IT processes and standards.
- Provide coaching within the team to uplift technical and business knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with L1, L3 support, and development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and share knowledge management best practices .
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Banking IT production support .
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Siebel CRM applications.
- L2 / L3 support experience in a mission-critical environment .
- Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology .
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work under multiple deadlines with urgency.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Essential Technical Skills
- 5+ years with Distributed Technologies – Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS SQL Server, Unix, Oracle, MQ.
- Strong production support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
- Understanding of CRM application architecture .
- Proficiency in Control-M batch issues, SSIS packages .
- Hands-on scripting: Unix Shell, Windows batch, or other scripting languages .
- Strong debugging and database query skills.
- Knowledge in DR & BCP execution .
- Experience with Middleware (MQ), BMC, Control-M, and Remedy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
