Position Purpose
Providing technical expertise and assistance to clients or internal users regarding the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will assist senior team members with support, maintenance, and updates of an existing pharmacy application.
Support monitoring of compliance to security measures
Solve routine problems that occur within applications
Liaising with vendor and users on issues log and status
Propose recommendations to improve application performance
Document the application’s technical architecture, issue resolutions and procedure
Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support
Requirements / Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Industrial and System Engineer/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in system operation support either in Java or .net or related technologies.
Candidates should have strong analytical and able to work independently.
Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service-oriented experience / background
Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
The candidate is a keen learner, and able to apply structured, analytical thinking for functional and technical issues troubleshooting.
The candidate is a strong team player, who communicates his/her ideas and gets along with others easily.
