We are looking to hire one Application Support Engineer, to join us in an exciting global engagement.

Responsibilities
- As an Application Support Engineer, you will join our existing team, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for our global users.
Your main responsibilities will include: - Delivering Level 1, 2, and 3 application production support services with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Investigating and resolving user-reported incidents using established workflows and ticketing systems
- Meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
- Applying your hands-on skills in .NET (C#), SQL, JavaScript, NodeJS, Azure, Kafka, and other technologies to diagnose and fix issues efficiently
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in an application production support team.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in software development and coding in .NET (C#), SQL, JavaScript, NodeJS, Azure, Kafka.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
