You'll play a crucial role in supporting the 3rd party applications, delivering professional IT support for users, and improving the monitoring and automation processes.

Providing support for various 3rd party applications across on-premise, AWS deployments, and SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
Onboarding new applications and enhancing existing ones
Monitoring and addressing software issues, while enhancing system stability.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to swiftly restore services and address underlying issues.
Partnering with traders, researchers, and developers to develop tailored platforms and environments.
Driving innovation in processes to streamline time-to-market and enhance productivity.
Implementing automated and scalable application systems, processes, and controls.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Support/DevOps
Sound knowledge in application support and incident management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomous, detail minded, and eager to learn new tech
Experience AWS provisioning (ECS, EKS) through IaC, e.g. Terraform, Ansible
Implementation and management knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk etc.
Scripting experience in languages like Python, Bash and PowerShell
Hands-on experience of troubleshooting network issues
Comfortable working with and administering Linux as well as Windows
Know-how on monitoring and managing Refinitiv TREP is preferable
Experience in trading application support is desirable.
Working experience with DevOps tools, e.g. GitLab, Artifactory, Atlassian, Slack etc.
are an advantage.
