Responsibilities
Works as part of Fixed Income Global Rates Application Support team.
Work closely with the Front Office users to handle their issue and queries and find solutions.
Manage Incidents and Problem management.
Perform start of day, End of Day and start of week checks.
Proactively identify issues and resolve with minimal or no business impact.
Identify opportunities for automation and automate manual tasks being performed by team.
Required Skills
Experience in Fixed Income Application support domain.
Hands on experience on Unix platform and commands.
Hands on experience on SQL queries and commands.
Experience in Monitoring tools e.g. ITRS Geneos, Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace etc.
Experience in Incident and Problem Management.
Understanding of Fixed Income products.
Good to have
Shell, Python, VB or Powershell scripting knowledge is a plus.
Tableau experience is a plus.
ANSIBLE, TOSCA etc tooling experience is a plus.
