Job Description
Provide Pre-Sales and After Sales Supports on the Products developed by the Company
Provide Good Support and Training to Customers on the usage of Application Systems developed and Implemented by the Company
Provide Support and act as an Associate Consultant for the Implementation of Application Software System to new Customers.
Provide 1st line technical support, diagnosis of the problem reported by customer and fix issues if possible.
Otherwise file Problem issues ticket with detailed descriptions for bugs fixing by developer.
Support team members in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing Applications to support changes in the business environment
Monitor and troubleshoot deployed applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mecwise low-code platforms
Write custom code within the low-code environment where necessary to extend functionality.
Assist in project management, product development, implementation, testing, support and maintenance of software applications
Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management
Report on the progress of goals and objectives
Monitor performance progress with management
Qualifications
Diploma,Higher NITEC or equivalent in Finance, Information technology, Computer Studies
Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to problems originating from customers
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Knowledge in Financial Accounting, MS .net or SQL environment an added advantage
