Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage ongoing projects, liaising with clients and contractors, and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Prepare, update and review drawings using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions and prepare submissions/as-built documentations
Assist in site measurements, verification of works, and other adhoc project-related tasks.
Requirements:
Strong willingness and ability to learn quickly
Prior experience in Built Environment is preferred.
0–2 years of relevant experience (Architecture and Built Environment sector preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Possess a positive and proactive attitude
Diploma/Nitec/Degree in Architecture or relevant technical certifications
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (advantage)
Self-motivated, quick learner, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
