Architectural Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate architectural works with other disciplines such as structural and M&E
Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings
Submit drawings and materials for consultant/ authority approvals
Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site
Monitor progress and report and delays or discrepancies to management
Handle submissions to BCA and other authorities for TOP/CSC clearance
Maintain records of architectural inspections, RFI, and material approvals
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to Master Programme
Ensure that architectural works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
Conduct joint inspections and manage rectification works for defects
Attend site meetings with client/ contractors/ sub-contractors and resolve design or site conflicts
Requirements:
Conversant with Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
Must have experience with landed houses
Must have experience with apartments/ serviced apartments
Tactful in handling clients and contractors/ sub-contractors (and all related parties)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Building Construction / any related field from a university recognized by Singapore
Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the construction industry in Singapore
