Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
Review, coordinate, and generate all architectural works, including shop drawings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve design and technical issues
Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, local building regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks (e.g., BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark)
Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, material submissions, reports, and site records
Manage architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision
Participate in project and site meetings, providing updates on architectural progress and coordination matters

What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural coordination within A&A / ID /New Build projects
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies
Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS, and Quality Mark assessment standards
Strong analytical skills, good organization, and a strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality and efficiency
