We are looking
for an Area Marketing Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our team.This is an integral marketing role within the Singapore Area Cluster team, focused on implementing destination marketing, B2B initiatives, Public Relations, partnerships, and CSR efforts.
The position aims to enhance brand visibility and support the cluster's commercial objectives through the execution of strategic campaigns and development of partnerships in key markets.
The Singapore Area Marketing Assistant Manager / Senior Executive will manage and execute destination marketing efforts, including the SG Cluster RED account and key feeder markets outbound marketing campaigns.
A core responsibility will be to develop and implement cohesive media strategies in feeder markets to boost awareness and engagement.
The role will also support the development of partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, and financial institutions and assist in creating B2B marketing materials to support MICE and sales efforts.
Additionally, the manager will assist in outbound marketing communications targeting Singapore as a feeder market when needed.
Collaborating closely with hotel teams, regional offices, and external partners, the Singapore Area Marketing Manager / Senior Executive will play a crucial role in driving engagement growth, enhancing brand equity, and contributing to measurable results through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Experience within the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
Possesses a results-oriented mindset, consistently using performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive outcomes aligned with commercial objective
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media, with an understanding of international markets and the ability to tailor strategies to diverse cultures and regions.
Previous exposure to handling China outbound campaigns is a plus.
Established network of media contacts, KOLs, and industry partners to amplify campaigns and increase brand visibility
Strong organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to execute campaigns on time, within budget, and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Basic design knowledge or skills for development of marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, digital assets, etc.) in line with brand guidelines would be a plus
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a collaborative approach.
