Ascott Host
You will provide a high level of personalised service to exceed the expectations of residents.
You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home.
You will work with the Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments and report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
Responsibilities
You will:
Ensure residents are well taken care of from the point of their arrival to departure Provide in-room check-in service for all VIP residents Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements Maintain residents’ accounts, information and preference profiles Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, performing the appropriate service recovery and refer them to supervisors and managers Receive and convey messages to residents promptly Put together memorable affairs and events for residents Build relationships with local businesses to create partnerships for our residents Create an atmosphere that makes a ‘wow’ impression on the residents Have close collaborations with your colleagues from the different departments to provide a personalised and seamless stay for all our residents Perform related tasks as assignedJob Requirements
You have:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the hospitality industry Attained at least a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant Fluent in verbal and written English Passion in learning a variety of tasks, having meaningful conversations with others and creating memorable events.
