Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Assistant to support daily administrative and operations tasks in our packaging manufacturing company.
This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office administration, filing, and documentation.
- Support purchasing, supplier coordination, and logistics arrangements.
- Help prepare invoices, delivery orders, and simple reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Nitec / equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
- Preferably able to start work immediately.
