Assistant Brand Manager (1 Year Contract)
Job Description
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities.
Leverage relevant consumer/customer insights to develop plans that meet business objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of the annual brand plan, aligning with the organization's vision, mission, values, and overall business strategy.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the brand strategy, making adjustments as necessary.
Report on marketing campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROIs.
Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistency across deployment touchpoints.
Manage local product adaptation in line with global/regional guidelines.
Oversee external communication activities, including social media, and maintain relationships with local media in accordance with global strategies.
Manage the brand advertising and promotion budget to ensure targeted delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Brand Manager.
Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, strategic reasoning, and creative skills.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Solid business acumen with experience in brand P&L management.
