We are seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager to support the Global Brand Manager on a fast-growing product platform with strong innovation and campaign pipelines.
The role involves leading brand innovation and driving go-to-market execution across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead assigned innovation projects, acting as Global Project Leader to oversee project planning, manage cross-functional networks, build business cases, coordinate team deliverables and ensure on-time, successful launches.
- Develop and execute integrated 360° campaigns across digital, public relations and retail touchpoints.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including medical, regulatory, and commercial teams, to support launch readiness and market activation.

Requirements
- Experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG sectors (experience in consumer products, healthcare, or lifestyle industries will be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital platforms, and integrated marketing approaches.
- Skilled in brand development, positioning, and communications strategy.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with global teams and external agencies.
- Strong project leadership with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive, outcome-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
