We're looking for a dynamic, driven and creative Assistant Brand Manager to grow and elevate our concepts.

What you'll be doing:
Brand, Social & Content Management
- Be a brand guardian for assigned brand(s), cultivating a strong identity across channels with a keen eye for culture, design, and storytelling
- Lead the briefing, execution and management of consumer-first 360 integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR and retail touchpoints
- Drive social media strategy, overseeing content calendars, community engagement and KOL content collaborations
- Report on social media performance, tracking engagement and conversion metrics to optimise campaigns
- Work closely with in-house creative teams and external agencies to craft compelling content
- Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple projects
Events & Programming Support
- Ideate and help bring to life weekly and monthly programming—from vinyl nights and themed music sets to tasting events, workshops, or cultural collabs
- Liaise with partners, artists, musicians, and community leaders to co-create unique experiences that drive footfall and buzz
- Oversee event logistics and coordinate with Ops and Outlet teams to ensure smooth execution
Growth & Partnerships
- Support brand growth through influencer/PR engagement, tastemaker outreach, and cross-collaborations with like-minded lifestyle, music, or F&B/alcohol brands
- Monitor performance of partnership campaigns with an eye on engagement, sentiment, and conversions
- Optimise our customer journey across online and offline touchpoints (social, CRM, reservation platforms, loyalty)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in F&B, nightlife, lifestyle or brand marketing (agency or in-house)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)

- A strategic and creative thinker who can balance big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Organised multi-tasker with strong project management skills, able to navigate ambiguity
- Keeps a finger on the pulse of trends in food, music, fashion, and culture, locally and abroad
- Comfortable with data and digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Atlas CRM, able to translate numbers into actionable insights
- Passion for building a brand with soul and personality from the ground up
- (Bonus) If you've run or have an interest in performance marketing
- (Bonus) If you're skilled in video or photo editing software like CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro
