Job Responsibilities:
- Lead centre teams on day-to-day operations of assigned learning centres.
- Lead Centre teams to adhere to Standard Operations Procedures to ensure smooth operations of business.
- Train new hires and coach direct reports.
- Plan working shift rosters for centre teams to ensure sufficient manpower to cover operating hours of the assigned learning centres.
- Lead centre teams and collaborate with customer service teams on customer service related queries and responses.
- Lead centre teams to execute enrolment strategy in according to plan.
Work closely with Enrolment team on meeting enrolment targets.
- Collaborate with Teachers Team Lead in the respective cluster on teachers' deployment and other requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Planning team on Time-table optimization.
Key performance indicators:
- Meet monthly Enrolment targets.
- Sustain student withdrawals and suspension rates below company threshold.
- Meet accounts receivables target.
- Inventory management (Teaching resources)
- Acceptable rating on Centre audit.
Experience and Qualifications:
Working Schedule:
5 Days work week ( 3 Weekdays and 2 Weekends)
Weekday: 1pm to 9pm
Weekend: 9am to 6pm
