Assistant Centre Manager (Outreach)
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Assistant Centre Manager (Outreach) to support daily operations and drive student enrolment through outreach and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the centre's programs to parents, preschools, and community partners
- Build strong relationships with schools and stakeholders
- Assist in centre operations, scheduling, and parent enquiries
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and open houses
- Monitor enrolment trends and contribute ideas for growth
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 2–3 years' experience in outreach/marketing/centre management (education preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work weekends/events when required
Working Hours:
- Monday: Work from home (2 hours)
- Tuesday to Friday: 11:30am – 9:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Rest day
Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,000 (depending on experience)
