Assistant Client Manager Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Marsh McLennan


Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh.

This role will be based in Singapore.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Assistant Manager in the Risk Management team, you will serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts.

You will support account management tasks, conduct client and industry research, and help maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

We will count on you to:

  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day communication with complex accounts, managing and maintaining correspondence.

  • Conduct and analyze client and industry research, prepare benchmarking studies, and create risk maps for internal and external use.

  • Support colleagues by managing billing transactions, coordinating calendars and timelines, and liaising between senior professionals and business accounts.

  • Address account concerns and resolve problems in a timely manner, escalating issues to senior colleagues when necessary.

  • Collect and report insights on relationship satisfaction to senior colleagues, providing context and suggestions to enhance account retention.

  • Begin building relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.

  • Maintain fluency in the company's service offerings and market trends to enrich your work and develop sales capabilities.
