Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking professional to join our Group management
team.
The role will be dedicated to driving permanent improvement programmes across all
commercial laboratories, with a strong focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and digital
transformation.
A key focus will be monitoring and improving Turnaround Time (TAT) and other performance
measures across entities, while ensuring our laboratories adapt effectively to emerging IT and
AI technologies
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, IT, Business or related field.
Proven track record in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or IT/AI
transformation projects.
Familiarity with laboratory operations, testing services, or regulated industries preferred.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes (e.g., TAT
improvement).
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification an advantage).
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead change across diverse teams.
