Job Description
Job Description Responsible for managing procurement activities related to the maintenance of mature buildings, particularly within the M&E scope, such as electrical systems.
Engage with Business Groups to understand their sourcing demands and deliver efficient, timely procurement solutions.
Prepare the analysis of cost estimates and plans Source and evaluate potential vendors and make sound recommendations accordingly
Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and obligations, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaise closely with relevant stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and consultants
Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier relationship management and optimizing cost control.
Review and finalize project costs with contractors and prepare project financial reports Requirements Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling M&E Procurement
Proficient in MS Office
