Responsibilities
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers
Qualifications
At least Degree in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
At least 8 years of working experiences in civil industry
