Job description :
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre and post contract management and duties.
- Maintain close liaison with the Head of Department.
- Prepare and delivery weekly and monthly reporting of cost, reconciliations and accruals.
- Manage procurement processes through outsourcing, analyse tender submissions and recommend preferred bidders to management.
- Conduct contract reviews and negotiate terms both upstream and downstream.
- Administer all notices relative to time bars.
- Adhere to group's Contract Management plan and protocols.
- Represent the Company professionally in the face of clients on all contractual matters, insurance, EOT, Variations, claims, account submissions; taking to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
- Managing sub-subcontractors effectively and fairly.
- Possess knowledge about local and international standard form of contracts.
- The role dictates that a candidate who is autonomous and skilled in contract management and quantity surveying, capable of disseminating information fluently and concisely.
Requirement :
- Soft Skills - Teamworks, adaptability and problem solving.
- Qualifications – Minimum degree certification in quantity surveying or engineering;
- Experience - Minimum 7 years in contract management role for construction.
