Customer Operations Assistant Manager
to join their dynamic team:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm & Alternate Saturday (half day)
Salary Package:
Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day customer service and billing operations for warehouse/logistics functions
Respond to customer queries and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely order processing
Conduct monthly billing, accruals, and monitor debtor aging; recommend recovery plans
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using WMS
Implement and manage changes to processes in coordination with IT and vendors
Analyze operational reports and support process improvements
Guide and support the team in executing business processes efficiently
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in third-party logistics or supply chain operations
Prior experience in leading customer service team is essential.
Proficient in WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Able to start immediately or in short notice.
