Job Description
Coordinate with the subcontractor and client to ensure all identified defects are properly rectified and closed.
Work closely with our site person in charge to resolve issues promptly at the project site.
Liaise with our HQ QS to review and justify the subcontractor’s scope of work for defect‐related matters.
Maintain proper records, reports, quotations, and logs.
Respond to resident queries and feedback in a timely manner.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holder, preferably in Project and Facilities Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, projects, or building operations.
Meticulous, organised, and an excellent negotiator with a strong hands‐on mindset.
Adaptable, proactive, quick to learn, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Independent, a strong team player who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
Strong problem‐solver who can provide quick, effective solutions on the go.
