You will be expected to lead and drive discussions and work streams emerging from initial higher-level engagements.

You will need to coordinate and align with the Integrated Outreach department within the Regional Division to ensure that follow-up ground activations and programmes are within HPB's operational parameters and considerations.

You will be expected to lead and drive specific operational activities under the Healthy Living Environment (HLE) strategic thrust as part of HPB's five-year strategic plan.

Mature Workers' Outreach

You will oversee and drive the strategy for a portion of workplace outreach, specifically for mature workers under selected Priority Industries.

You will need to devise an overarching roadmap that aligns with HPB's five-year plan and the Outreach Group's mandate, whilst being mindful of national objectives for the ageing population (e.g. Age Well neighbourhoods, Ageing Workforce initiatives, etc.).

You will ensure that the team carries out initiatives based on the framework and evaluate efforts at reasonable intervals.

Finally, you will be expected to oversee functional activities of the department, including HR, budget management and risk management activities, with staff reporting to you.
