Roles & Responsibilities An established retail group is seeking a driven and results-oriented Assistant E-Commerce Manager to support the growth and optimisation of its online business.
This role offers the opportunity to work across digital marketing, supplier partnerships, and e-commerce operations, making a direct impact on customer engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute online campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage supplier partnerships for product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Oversee the creation and management of high-quality digital content.
- Monitor and analyse online sales performance, generating actionable insights.
- Collaborate with IT and internal teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.
- Manage order fulfilment processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and service recovery for the online channel.
- Provide training and guidance to the e-commerce admin team.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Proven ability to increase online sales through creative and data-driven strategies
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
