Roles and Responsibilities
Technical and Sales support role
Provide technical support to Asia Pacific end users, customers, and distributors
Provide support to RMA issues relating to defects from customers and distributors
Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customer and distributor
Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors
Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in head office
Support marketing activities such as production of marketing collateral ie company catalogue/brochures/presentation materials, etc
Perform other duties as assigned

Strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability to think strategically
Requirements
At least an ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or a relevant background
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
Fresh diploma with internship experience can apply
Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
