The Assistant Engineer performs mostly desk-bound activities.
Training (OJT) will be provided but subsequent work is deemed a highly required supportive role to Production and Management, hence the requirement of performing duties independently without direct supervision.
Dynamic, respectful, hardworking, inquisitive and flexible/versatile character is preferred.
Examples of work tasks NOT in order:
- Quality Assurance: Report to Quality Manager who is very experienced in Quality documentation and ISO Standards.
To assist in largely quality documents, paperwork, and quality key-into system for tracking.
- Quality Control: Create and maintain Quality Reports (ATR) that Production and Quality Technician uses to assess the product quality.
- ISO Standard: Responsible to head and direct the company in terms of ISO standard qualification, maintenance audit and internal audit activities.
- Documentation: Responsible to create, review and maintain customer's and SDO's technical drawings as well as Part Number Creation/Maintenance.
Very similar to product engineering tasks and roles, but listed as Quality Assurance to control the Company's standard.
- Customer Engagement: First point of contact for customer's complaint, to work closely with Sales and Production.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
