Responsibilities
- Procurement & Coordination: Request quotations, verify product specifications, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate with process owners to meet operational needs.
- Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret ESH-related data; prepare reports and propose improvement actions.
- Safety Culture & Awareness: Conduct safety inspections, training, and risk assessments (HAZOP, EAI, PPE review); lead ESH programs and safety inductions for new staff.
- Legal Compliance: Arrange internal and external ESH training, manage third-party testing, maintain legal register and audit documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and authority requirements.
- Contractor Management: Review contractor submissions, conduct safety inductions, assess on-site activities, ensure PTW compliance, and coordinate worksite arrangements.
- Process Safety: Identify process risks, participate in design and SOP reviews, and support implementation of safe work practices (LOTO, shutdown procedures).
- Emergency Preparedness: Assist in emergency response planning, verify emergency equipment readiness, and coordinate with authorities and site security.
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental, Safety, Health, Engineering, or related field.
- Good understanding of ESH regulations and management systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
