Responsibilities
Drive process enhancements across regional offices to ensure full compliance with group policies and to recommend improvements in financial controls.
Coordinate accounting activities for all regional operations, including management information systems (MIS), audits, and transfer pricing.
Oversee statutory filings and compliance for all group entities, including local sales tax (VAT) and income tax submissions.
Manage the Finance Shared Services function to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Lead the finalization of the annual group plan and ensure timely and accurate group financial reporting.
Conduct periodic visits to regional offices and liaise with local auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.
Support the CFO in dealings with government agencies (licenses, permits, and application submissions) and in legal matters.
Oversee the group’s foreign exchange exposure management.
Perform investment evaluations, including both ongoing operations and new strategic initiatives.
Assist the CFO in formulating financial strategies aligned with the overall business strategy and market developments.
Requirements
Master in Finance / Accountancy or any related field.
Minimum of 8 years of regional accounting and audit experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
