Key Responsibilities:
- Co-manage the full scope of finance and accounting functions for the two Singaporean legal entities alongside the Finance Manager, with a scope that is expected to grow as the business expands.
Lead and mentor a team of three employees, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Oversee daily financial operations for the Singapore entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Assist in developing and managing the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, such as variance and cost-benefit analysis, to provide actionable insights for management.
- Uphold and enforce financial policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate directives.
- Review and approve journal entries and bank and account reconciliations.
- Manage tax reporting responsibilities, including quarterly GST filings and annual reporting.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and support external audits by coordinating with auditors and providing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and projections and recommend funding activities as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support cross-functional projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
A master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of both IFRS and local GAAP.
- Experience working in a German or other European Multinational Enterprise is a plus.
