Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for arrivals according to established standards.
- Attend promptly to guests' requests, inquiries, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for rooms requiring preventive maintenance or repair.
- Oversee daily room assignments based on available resources and operational needs.
- Supervise and monitor daily cleaning operations performed by Room and House Attendants.
- Plan and conduct training programs for Supervisors, Room Attendants, and House Attendants to enhance performance and service quality.
- Prepare weekly duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow.
- Uphold high standards of conduct and professionalism among team members.
- Evaluate and monitor staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Conduct regular checks on room cleaning progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Service-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach to operations.
