Duties & responsibilities:
Leading kitchen operations,
creating and maintaining high-quality seafood noodle dishes,
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with NEA and SFA regulations
Prepare and cook Italian dishes (e.g. pasta, risotto, antipasti, pizza) to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards,
controlling inventory and costs, and driving culinary innovation to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Relevant Master Degree/Relevant Bachelor Degree with Relevant experience
At least 2-3 years of relevant kitchen and team leader experience required
Skilled in managing kitchen staff and familiar with food safety/hygiene standards
Strong communication skills and teamwork
