We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support the Human Resources department in driving HR operational excellence and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR advisory on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters
Handle staff grievances and employee issues professionally and in line with company procedures
Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Track and manage the full employee life cycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring timely updates and reporting
Prepare salary proposals and ensure internal equity in compensation
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws
Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations
Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compensation frameworks
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
