Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support the Human Resources department in driving HR operational excellence and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters
- Handle staff grievances and employee issues professionally and in line with company procedures
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Track and manage the full employee life cycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring timely updates and reporting
- Prepare salary proposals and ensure internal equity in compensation
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws
- Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations
- Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compensation frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
