Human Resources Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Singapore laws.
Employee Relations:
Provide HR business partnering advisory and support to departments.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Finance Responsibilities:
Educational Qualifications:
1.
Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2.
At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources and finance roles, preferably in FMCG industry e.g. food services or retail industry
3.
Excellent skill in Microsoft Office especially Excel
4.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
5.
Knowledge of Local Labor Laws and Financial Regulations
