To conduct preventive maintenance in accordance to the standard maintenance checklist
Provide logistical support, ensuring an acceptable quantity of spare units
To ensure all system documentation is up-to-date

Corrective Maintenance
To conduct corrective maintenance timely in accordance to SLA
Attend to fault cases referred by the helpdesk
Provide update of system status to the relevant parties
Provide 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customers' operational requirements
Ad-hoc works
Installation/Removal of equipment from boat or vehicle
Implementation of additional hardware/software testing
Software patches update
Requirements
Nitec or Diploma in Infocomm Technology
Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
Willing to perform standby (rotating team basis)
basic computer and network troubleshooting skills
5 day week @ AMK (travel to site as and when required) *MUST BE willing to work in outdoor conditions.
