o Foster trust and rapport with key retailers and distributor

Account Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and achieve
sales targets.
o Conduct regular business reviews with key retailers to identify opportunities for
further growth and improvement.
o Create and execute retailer's activities plan
o Collaborate with Unicharm internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Planning, etc.)

Sales and Revenue Growth:
o Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and upselling or cross-
selling products and services.
o Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies and
achieve revenue goals.
o Ensuring profitable agreements that align with company goals.
o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and retailers' update

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
o Act as the main point of escalation for any issues or challenges that arise with key
accounts.
o Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
o Provide proactive solutions and alternative recommendations to clients when
faced with problems or potential risks.

Market and Product Knowledge:
o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities.
o Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Unicharm's products
o Provide feedback to Unicharm Internal on competitor activities.
6.
Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account performance, sales forecasts,
advertising & promotion and budget tracking.
