Key Account Manager

Assistant KAM ) to take ownership of major client accounts and unlock new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Be the
go-to person
for key clients – manage relationships, understand their needs, and exceed expectations
Develop and execute
account strategies
that drive sales and profitability
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
Collaborate with internal teams – Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics – to deliver seamless service
Lead a team of merchandisers, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint
Launch new products and promotions, backed by data and market insights
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Track KPIs, monitor account performance, and report on sales forecasts and progress
What You Bring:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in
Modern Trade key account management
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
