Assistant Key Account Manager - Up to $7K + Transport Allowance + VB
Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and continuously proposing solutions that ensure satisfaction of products and services
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts
Act as the main point of contact between key clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Communicate and collaborate with the marketing, purchasing and logistics departments to meet client expectations
Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients
Meet established deadlines for the submission of promotion plans
Assist and resolve any enquiries and issue arising from customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Lead a team of merchandisers to ensure work effectiveness
Plan and implement new product launching activities
Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics, adjust account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage
Keep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and market developments, analyse and implements plans to meet evolving requirements
Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts
To perform any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
At least diploma / degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade
Proven experience in key account management
