Job description

The Assistant Manager, Academic Programme at SHRI Academy ensures the smooth delivery of academic programmes by driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration among students, lecturers, and staff, and upholding compliance with education regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Enrolment

  • Manage student enquiries, application processing, and enrolment documentation.

  • Conduct orientation and participate in recruitment events.

  • Maintain enquiry and payment records.

Programme Management & Logistics

  • Plan course schedules and lecturer deployment.

  • Coordinate logistics, classroom bookings, and course materials.

  • Serve as liaison between students, lecturers, and admin teams.

Examination & Evaluation Management

  • Oversee exam preparation, moderation, and result processing.

  • Organize invigilators and compile course evaluations.

Graduation & Awards Management

  • Compile graduate databases and manage award nominations.

  • Coordinate certificate and transcript collection.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with CPE, ERF, EduTrust, and Programme Operations Manual.

  • Monitor entry requirements and documentation.

  • Handle external audits, including EduTrust, TPQA, and other regulatory or quality assurance audits.

SSG-TPGateway Management

  • Manage course runs, lesson schedules, and trainee enrolments.

  • Update attendance and process SkillsFuture Credit claims.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in programme management, student services, or a related role.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (CPE, EduTrust, SSG) and proficiency with platforms such as TPGateway.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management.
